Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to the sales team
- Assist in preparing advertising proposals and sales materials
- Prepare and follow up sales orders
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders / department to ensure day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Handle logistic planning to ensure timely delivery and maintain effective and efficient daily workflow
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above
- At least 1 year related working experience
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
- Well-organized, outgoing and a good team player
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Familiar with common design software including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
