Responsibilities

• Responsible for web site development, testing and bug fixing
• Responsible for development of scripts to unit test functions
• Ensure site compatibility across different browsers and devices
• Ensure site performance across all platforms
• Join meeting with client to understand business and feature requirements
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Test case documentations
• Execute test cases manually and analyze results
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, jQuery, Ajax, XML
• Knowledge and experience with Linux, Apache and MySQL
• Knowledge in scripting for automated performance test
• Experience in browser usability & cross-platform compatibility is a must
• Knowledge of web development best practices is a must
• Excellent written and reading English is a must
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Knowledge in open-source Laravel framework is a plus
• Knowledge in QA methodology
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Familiar with test cases documentations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to details
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Working knowledge of test management software is a plus
• Knowledge in penetration test is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
