Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in digital strategy and campaigns to work towards the team KPIs, including increasing platform awareness and drive conversion at each stage of the conversion funnel
• Manage paid media platforms with the assistance of ad agencies including Google Adwords, social media ads (e.g. Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads), Apple Search Ads, DSP and Ad Exchange Platforms etc.
• Assist in developing informative and engaging ad contents to maximize campaign performance
• Explore new ad platforms to drive conversions
• Liaise with and manage ad agencies to optimize the campaign performance on a regular basis
• Monitor platform campaign effectiveness and efficiency daily
• Coordinate with team members in creative copywriting and design
• Evaluate and report performance of marketing activities by metrics and data analysis (Google analytics, Kochava etc.)
• Work independently on assigned projects
• Handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Responsible for any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and working in ad agency will be an advantage
• Experience in finance/ fintech/ crypto industry is a plus
• Experience in SEO and SEM is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Experience using BI software (Tableau, PowerBI etc) is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail minded, result oriented and well organized.
