Role Purpose:

You will play an important role in growing our group’s fast-growing eCommerce brand - 「上倉胃子」(FillFull.com.hk). As part of our young and playful team full of talents, you will help developing the trading strategy to drive business growth for the brand.

A typical day in this Role: 

• Explore new business partners, suppliers to expand the eStore product catalogue inline with market trends.
• Liaise with our business units or external parties on potential business partnerships.
• Prepare monthly reporting to keep track category sales and stock movement.
• Work with suppliers on preparing product description, category tagging, product images and other relevant content eStore Operations.
• Work with marketing team on regular eStore promotion planning.
• Handle daily eStore platform operations, including product listing, pricing & inventory updates, customer service.
• Handle daily order, coordinate with 3rd party logistics and arrange order fulfilment.
• Work with internal parties on warehouse & inventory management, including stock taking/movement, stock arrival, QA.

 Success will depend on:  

• 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience in Trading, Merchandising or eCommerce field, Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Startup mentality with problem solving skills.
• Familiar with different analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills to provide evidence-based forecast, recommendations and analysis .
• Knowledge in Shopify or experience in Content Management system is a strong plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• A good team player and able to work under pressure.
