The position is responsible for leading team of marketers, creating brand equity, monitoring campaigns & deliverables to build brand value, awareness, and market share. Working closely with different functional teams to drive business growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage marketing team to build synergy
• Plan and execute marketing, brand & action plans including deliverables, meetings, events, sponsorships, public education and corporate branding programs
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure marketing effectiveness and conform to corporate compliance
• Build brand sales and market share growth of current portfolio
• Plan & execute successful launch of new brand
• Establish and monitor marketing budgets to build brand awareness, brand value and profitability
• Measure, report and evaluate activities performance and assess KPIs and ROI
• Ensure brand messages and marketing activities aligned with brand plans and corporate directives
• Track market insight, competitor insight and customer insight
• Provide training to sales team on brand strategies, positioning, prioritization & agile use of materials
• Host regular team meeting, business performance reviews and other stakeholder meetings
• Manage internal and external stakeholders’ expectation
• Develop talent to support organizational growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree holder in Science, Medical subjects or equivalent required, with at least 10 years in pharmaceutical marketing management
• Good command of digital marketing knowledge and skills
• Exposure in OTC industry & CNS market are advantage
• Holder of MBA qualification is a plus
• Strong track record in launching new brands
• Self-starter, result-driven, highly responsible for commitment
