Responsibilities:

• Design offer / frontline logistics by liaise with technical teams on system logic requirement
• Drive and work closely with the internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs / frontline logistics
• Design and conduct UAT for various service & programs in timely schedule
• Support daily sales & marketing operations activities, closely work with IS, FIN, Marketing & Digital team for on-going system enhancement for tasks deliveries
• Derive the service quality, procedural efficiency and process improvement and customer satisfaction
• Work with Team leader to build an effective and enjoyable working culture & environment

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines, with minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in telecom
• Good interpersonal and project management skill
• Creative, attentive to details, self-motivated and sensitive to market trend
• Good knowledge of PC skill (Access, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese WP)
• Cheerful personality and enjoy the team working culture
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Officer
