Job Description: As a Customer Success Specialist (Marketing), you will work as part of a dynamic team to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects, all working to enhance the educational experience. As the primary point of contact for customers, a critical aspect of your role will include driving our marketing and communications initiatives to facilitate user adoption.
You will be integral to ensuring that each user receives the best possible customer experience and will support them in optimising their use of MeeOpp. By working directly with schools, you will have the chance to witness first-hand the positive impact on students and the meaningful long-term changes for learning.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for creating communications materials in English and Chinese, to promote our products and services to our users
- Create engaging content to drive user engagement, including emails, newsletters, blog articles, video and website tutorials, marketing brochures, etc.
- Responsible for copywriting, editing, and proofreading marketing and communication materials
- Build a strong relationship with our customers and to educate our users on how to leverage the full range of MeeOpp service
- Provide full-spectrum account management support, including communications, call notes, follow ups, and administrative support
- Swiftly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Assist with data analysis and preparation of reports to support senior management in identifying usage trends
- 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Excellent editing, copywriting, and proofreading skills in Chinese and English
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Familiar with excel
- Highly organised, and client-focused, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Adaptable and able to operate in a dynamic fast-paced startup environment
- Have a growth mindset and motivated to learn
- English, Mandarin, and Cantonese proficiency
- Experience in Traditional Chinese copywriting
- Experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or Content Management
- Experience in education
- Passionate about technology, or interested in learning
