Our client is a reputable financial services and banking institution. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights to lead their customer insights team.

Job Duties:

• Lead the customer insights team in translating data, research and analytics into useful insights
• Improve customer experience outcomes and customer journey 
• Work closely with external parties on in depth analysis
• Assist the global team in providing useful insights and strategies
• Ensure the third parties' delivery on research and insights 
• Evaluate the existing customer insight programmes and develop new ones 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines
• At least 15years of experiences, ideally from market research company or financial services/ banking industry 
• Prefer relevant analytics and insights experiences in financial services/ banking 
• Excellent communications in both English and Chinese;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
