Requirements

• University graduate in Japanese Studies with JLPT Level N1
• 4-5 years working experience in business administration and translation
• Previous experience in secretarial support would also be considered
• Solid experience in Japanese company, preferably in trading industry
• Detail-oriented, energetic, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese & Japanese WP
• Good communication of both spoken and written English & Japanese
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide business administration and secretarial support to Executive Director
• Communicate with Japan HQ and overseas offices for the execution of business projects
• Responsible for documents translation duties from Japanese to English or vice versa
• Assist in organizing conference & business meetings and preparing related materials
• Support on market trend research and preparing agreements & monthly analysis reports
• Maintain confidential documents & database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
