We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and talented Senior CRM Executive to join us.

Senior CRM Executive

• Manage and develop CRM programme and loyalty strategy including responsibility for managing one of the key brands
• Spearhead all CRM initiatives at various touch points across all stages of the customer lifecycle for regional markets (HK / Macau / Taiwan / Singapore / Malaysia)
• Formulate CRM strategy, implement and execute activities through recruitment, retention, and reactivation to achieve CRM objectives / KPIs
• Coordinate the delivery of the customer communications plan, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity, reporting and result analysis to drive the required sales plan
• Manage data collection; Ensure data quality and efficiency 
• Perform regular report analysis and present CRM insights to key stakeholders
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and business partners on campaign executions, collaborations, and partnerships
• Plan and manage CRM budget and ensure budget plans are adhered to 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM
• Experience in retail industry will be an added advantage
• Proficient knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
• Knowledge in BI / similar data tool is an advantage 
• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Sensitive with numbers; good data and customer analytical skill
• Logical thinking, good time management and coordination skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant CRM Manager
• Immediate available is preferred
