Job Description:

• Liaise with and handle enquiries from Direct Selling Association of Hong Kong Limited (HKDSA)
• Assist management in identifying areas of risk; develop policies, procedures and systems of internal controls to comply with company policies and operations
• Promote culture of compliance to staff and distributors; provide regular trainings on compliance related matters and ethical obligations to distributors
• Provide administrative support to the team and undertake any ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• University graduate with 3-year working experience preferred
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Excel, Word Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Oral Mandarin will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently as well as be a team player
• Enjoys multi-tasking and administrative work in a fast paced environment
