Mass Media:

• Monitoring worlds' daily main news and draft reports to co-workers
• As a central point to collect first-hand worldwide events
• Deliver information through internal circulars, correspondence, emails, memos, etc in timely manner
• Handling enquiry calls from co-workers
• Perform other communication duties as assigned by supervisor
• Handle emergency calls from  Asia Pacific region

• To ensure the efficient working of the Security Operation Centre
• Ensure the accurate recording of all events and actions including maintenance of daily logs
• Manage and monitor electronic security system to deter and protect against all hidden threats
• Perform and delivery security incident through surveillance systems and monitoring devices
• Timely contact with related department for lost & found, fire alarm, office maintenance cases
• Coordinate with  Asia Pacific region offices when there are alarm and system issues
• Coordinate COVID prevention in the office

  Job Requirement

• Tertiary education
• 1 -2 years of mass media or customer services experience
• Holder of valid SPP, QAS, First-aider holder will be an advantage but not a must
• Good PC skills including Ms Word, Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, diligent and able to work under pressure
• Working Location: Central
• Working hours: 5 days shift with 9 hours work
