Duties:

• Proofread financial documents in English and Chinese
• Coordinate and manage projects in the areas of typesetting, translation, design, and printing
• Ensure the timely delivery of production and projects
• Handle general office administration
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary education level
• Good command in English and traditional & simplified Chinese
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Willing to work under pressure
• Shift rotation is required (morning/ afternoon/night)
• Immediate availability is preferred
