Job Description
Responsibilities
- Communication with Clients, take briefs, mood board production and concept realizations.
- Manage the set-up, administration, pre-production, post-production, and logistic implementation of shoots.
- Creates shoot briefs, call sheets, and detailed shoot schedule.
- Advance planning, managing schedules and delivery, and adherence to budget.
- Image management processes – re-touching – design – artwork- repro.
- Provisionally book, option, and confirm models & shoot teams – locations, studios, product and travel logistics - ensuring transparency of cost, and rigid budget control.
- Meet with photographers/stylists/art directors and agents, calling in new talent, and sharing with creative teams (graphic design and art direction).
- Maintain a history of all external crews, models, and photographers for reference.
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably in Journalism, Public Relations, Media, Language, Communications or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in Chinese copywriting, preferably in one or more of the following industries: Fashion, Beauty, Jewelry or any kind of Luxury brand
- Experience in account servicing would be an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
- Passionate, well-organized, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
