ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Job Description:

• Prepare analysis of tender received and quotation submitted.
• Process filming production accounts from end to end in production accounting.
• Partner with producers and production teams to create and manage production schedules and budgets.
• Provide and present clear, accurate and timely production planning scenarios and analysis to both producers and production teams during the life cycle of a production.
• Monitor the progress of various production jobs.
• Prepare accurate, detailed and weekly cost reports, cash flows and headcount forecasts.
• Oversee and deliver job production forecast and actual report comparisons of production budgets.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in management accounting.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proactive team player with a meticulous and strong analytical mind.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized and able to prioritize different requests from various stakeholders, and willingness to learn and accept new responsibilities & challenges.
• Experience in system development or implementation.
• Need to work with production team in shooting location when necessary
• Willing to work long hours under tough condition.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in filming industry is preferred.
• Immediate available is preferred. 
• Holding driving licence will be an advantage.
