Our client is a well-established and strong market player in the FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for a seasoned and experienced candidate to support their Digital Marketing function & strategies.

Job Description:

• Plan, develop, and implement 360 digital marketing strategies in different media / sales platforms
• Achieve business goals, sales target, profitability, and market share target by developing annual marketing plans for designated brands / product groups
• Analyze, evaluate and keep track of market trend of the brand performance, customer requirements and competitor activities
• Participate in channel sales development and trade program support
• Review sales trends, provide up to date sales and competitive analysis
• Conduct sales forecast and inventory planning for designated brands / product groups
• Support product development initiatives
• Manage marketing & promotion budget and strengthen brand image
• Support business development activities by conducting consumer research studies

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG / Consumer Products / Pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge in digital marketing, brand management, new product development, e-commerce, CRM, business analysis, product characteristics, and sales & marketing procedures
• Experience in working with agencies on marketing activities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
