Marketing Officer (Fashion Retail)  (HK$20K-$25K x 13month)

Our client is a renowned fashion retail group in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Marketing Officer to add to their growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for social media & digital marketing strategy formulation and campaign management
• Plan and execute CRM program to drive the customer growth and retention (acquisition, loyalty, engagement & retention), facilitate personalization & segmentation
• Monitor and analyze CRM Program and Digital Campaign performance on a regular basis
• Collect and analyze competitive intelligence for future marketing strategy
• Plan and allocate budget on social media advertising and digital marketing activities, connect and establish network with media, influencers & KOLs
• Coordinate joint promotions with dealers and other stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2-3 years' of marketing experience in fashion retail industry is preferred.
• Experience in CRM & Digital Marketing
• Excellent organizing skills with strong analytical mind and business sense
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Out-going, high sense of responsibility, well organized and a good team player
