We are looking for a Market/Account Manager for Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan) who would be available immediately.

Under the supervision of the Senior Market Manager for Greater China, and in close cooperation with all the Market Managers (APAC region), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Check the database to ensure the accuracy and the consistency with our methodology
- Liaise and coordinate with the Market Managers for global projects
- Answer clients’ questions regarding the methodology, the data and the visuals available on our platform
- Deliver trainings to the clients (face-to-face / online / via emails)
- Create and update the documents for clients (e.g. methodology, user guide, etc.)
- Assist the Managing Director and the Media Analysts in preparing analysis (e.g. answer methodology questions, check the database, look for visuals from our platform, attend live presentations at clients’ office in Hong Kong)

IDEAL PROFILE:
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Simplified + Traditional).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Any other Asian languages, French or Italian can also be a plus.
Computer savvy (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
Fast-learner, autonomous, curious and eager to learn.
Interested in news on fashion, beauty, watches and jewellery.
