Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of software, solution and system integration projects ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, time, resources, costs as well as management of customer’s expectations, project progress & possible risks
• Define scope of projects in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, and formulate the business case for the associated projects
• Develop the project plan and design a delivery model and team structure that enable effective concurrent delivery of multiple projects.
• Support new opportunities & participate in pre-sales tender bid support in the aspect of delivery
• Communicate efficiently & effectively with private sector and/or Government bodies along different phases of the project cycle
• Liaise closely with the clients, vendors and internal teams to oversee the time schedule and project requirements at different phases and to ensure strict adherence to project deadlines, cost control, quality standards and company procedures
• Review and provide inputs to project requirements, specifications, business processes and solution recommendations

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• 2+ years of project management experience, candidate with less experience will consider as assistant project manager
• Familiar with full Software development life cycle and implement both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experienced and knowledgeable in ecommerce solution like Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento will be a big plus
• Exceptional presentation, communication and collaborating skills to present and report project status to clients and internal stakeholders
• A consultative communication style and ability to influence and motivate key stakeholders in delivery of project
