Job Responsibilities :

• Translate financial document such as IPO prospectuses, shareholders’ circulars, annual and interim reports and associated press announcements;
• Translate legal documents such as legal contracts and agreements;
• Translate any other commercial documents assigned by the Company from time to time; and
• Any other duties as delegated by Company.

Job Requirements :

• University graduate in Translation or related disciplines;
• 2 years of relevant translation experience in financial, legal or related industry is preferred;
• Good command of both written English and Chinese;
• Flexibility to work overtime to meet tight deadlines is preferred;
• Good interpersonal skill;
• Willing to take shift duty;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Translator; and
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
