Senior Marketing Manager – Healthcare & Medical

Our client is a well-established business in Hong Kong specializing in healthcare and medical industry. They are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive strategic and transformational projects on branding & communications.

Job Description:

• Define strategies to grow the brand in long-term according to group directions, local market needs, and company goals
• Develop a group website presence strategy and plan that covers content, communication, tools and resources on the website, all digital platforms/devices and social media meets the needs of our customers
• Partner with agencies to develop digital activation plans (including KOL marketing) integrated with brand plans, recommend digital media mix based on insights and benchmark industry best practices
• Develop paid search/SEM tactics to ensure SOV/ranking of brand keywords and golden/strategic keywords and identify content gaps to improve quality content score
• Able to penetrate into social and digital trends/technologies and come up with POV on the strengths and weaknesses of various digital platforms
• Manage yearly budget planning, A&P, OP targets and continuously drive business efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive new innovative ideas and pioneer new tools and ways to create outstanding consumer experience to the target consumers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience in branding and communications, particularly in managing social media and digital activation, search and online marketing as well as KOL marketing
• Experience in healthcare & medical industry would be an advantage
• Proven track record of leading successful digital campaign launches, strategies and plans
• Ability to perform analytics and testing/reports to come up with fact-based recommendations
• Strong interpersonal skills, creative-minded with great attention to details
• Agency communications and project management skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in major MS Office applications
