WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• 協助用戶社群日常運營，解答社群內用戶提問、客訴處理；
• 負責官方社群的日常發言、言論管理、活動發佈、群裡回饋等動作；
• 負責群粉絲的活躍、社群氛圍營造、管理、運營、維護、互動等執行，打造高粘性；
• 負責群用戶運營規劃，以用戶增長、轉化、留存等為工作目標；
• 對社群用戶進行篩選，完善使用者畫像資訊；
• 協助社群用戶增長和提升社群活躍度；

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 中五或以上程度；
• 熟悉網路生態、數位營銷，對社群熱門議題有敏感度者優先；
• 態度積極、具創意、執行力強並能準時完成任務；
• 有相關網路、社群經營工作經驗者優先

Working Hour:
On shift Mon to Sun 0700-1600 / 1500-0000 / 2300-0800 5-days work with Bank Holidays
