Job Description
Duties include:
- Work closely with account lead to deliver integrated media strategy and plans based on client requirements and KPIs
- Provide integrated media planning expertise / consultancy to our client
- Responsible for planning and campaign management across all media channels
- Ensure tracking of campaign performance (Ad-serving, KPI tracking and ongoing optimization) and use of internal digital / analytics tools and technology
- Prepare budget summaries, accurate campaign follow-ups and comprehensive reporting with ability to deliver strategic insights / recommendations based on data
- Management of client deliverables and expectations
- Connect with key local and regional vendors as well as tool / technology developers to develop unique opportunities for the client and keep tracks of market trends by using industry tools and other research methods
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years hands-on integrated media planning experience
- Experience in working directly with clients, other agency partners and vendors
- Strong knowledge across key offline (TV, OOH, Print) and digital channels (social, mobile, programmatic, search, affiliates, etc.)
- Familiar with Ad Serving and tracking technologies
- Understanding of DSP’s, programmatic platforms and how automation can be applied to media buying
- English and Chinese language fluency.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication
- Attention to detail with advanced Excel/ PPT skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Passion for integrated media planning and in particular digital; Interest in educating clients/peers and promoting growth
- Understanding of how to integrate digital within wider marketing/ media plans
- Entrepreneurial, objective and independent thinker – must be willing to learn and develop knowledge of new technology
- Teamplay who proactively contribute to a collaborative culture and values of the agency
- Provide insights and develop knowledge in the following areas:
- Media trends and landscape
- Program types (lead generation, sales)
- Digital performance best practices
- Measurement (understand the best metrics for optimization depending on
objectives)
