Job Description
Job Duties:
- Report directly to the Director of Operations
- Work closely and communicate well with the Director of Operations and other team members to oversee the smooth and safe running of the clinic operation at our Integrated Medical Centre
- Attend and conduct management meetings
- Supervise, train and mentor clinic staff to ensure efficient and high quality delivery of patient centred clinical care
- Handle manpower planning
- Execute policies and procedures
- Ordering and management of equipment and supplies
- Manage the facilities, ensuring health and safety aspects
- Handle complaints according to company policies
- Provide patient counselling when required
- May be occasionally required to assist doctors, coordinate patients’ bookings and hospital admissions
Job Requirements:
- Registered with the Hong Kong Nursing Council with a valid practicing certificate
- Holder of valid certificate in CPR
- Minimum of 3 years in a clinic and or hospital senior supervisory role
- Excellent management, delegation, customer service and organisation skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently and calmly
- Innovative and ability to promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care and the services offered
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
- Motivated and forward thinking individual
- Must be fluent in English and Cantonese with a good command of Mandarin
- Ability to work under pressure
- 5.5 days of work, no night shift duty required
