Job Responsibilities:

• Be the contact point of the Company’s Principals (clients); liaise with their supply chain / inventory departments in regards of inventory in/out of ZP Distribution Center.
• Handling any enquires or complaints from principals in regards of operational issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare monthly data / KPI reports …etc to principals for regular review and meeting upon request.  
• Responsible for monitoring the stock level and controlling the inventory transactions to compile with the Company’s regulations.
• Ensure all inventory management information (price, quantity, item description, license expiration, etc) are up-to-date.
• Participate the annual stock-count exercise.
• Ready for other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holders with 2-3 years experiences in inventory planning/management, purchasing, sales administration/coordination, customer service. Industries in Pharmaceutical, trading or distribution are preferable.
• Less experience will also be considered as Principal Service Executive.
• Sensitive with figures and attentive to details.
• Good organization, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage.
