Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Professional medical device like ultra sound device & critical care products, medical device used in cardiac surgery & ICU, AED etc
- Main clients : hospitals, private specialist clinics and medical professionals in Hong Kong, Macau & Asian region
- We are looking for PRODUCT SPECIALIST - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Degree holder
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- 2 to 5 years working experience in medical device / healthcare equipment
- Good presentation skills to be able to provide product demonstration to customers
- Report to Sales Manager
- Work in Sales team of 6-8 members
- Team work to promote professional medical devices to hospitals, specialist clinics, medical professionals and other related customers in Hong Kong
- Conduct product demonstrations and present product features to customers
- Follow up the sales leads until successful winning of order and follow up with delivery, basic training and repeat sales.
- Provide support related product workshops and support during related congress and trade-shows
- Provide product information and training to customers, follow up with technical support (jointly with Service Engineer)
- Build and maintain effective communications with clients
- Liaise with suppliers for updates, training, product feedback, parts etc
- Problem solving, ensuring total customer satisfaction
- Participate in medical seminars and exhibitions
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
