Responsibilities:

• Prepare administrative & clerical support for warehousing, such as data entry, filing, etc; 
• Maintain proper documentation system according to GMP standard;
• Communication with internal Departments for general transactions;& 
• Perform duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above; 
• Good telephone manner with polite and positive attitude; 
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing is preferred; 
• Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, stable and able to work independently & under pressure;
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Food industry will be an advantage;
• Willingness to learn; & 
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Warehouse Clerk
