Qualification and requirements:

• MSc or PhD degree holder, preferably with at least 3 years of postgraduate research / industry experience in Life Science discipline such as Immunology, Cell Biology, with interest to join the cell and gene therapy GMP-regulated industry.
• Strong in laboratory techniques, e.g. flow cytometry, tissue culturing.
• Prior experience in test method validation would be an advantage.
• Hardworking, attention to details and a team player with self motivation.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, and computer skills such as Office, Zoom/Teams etc.
• Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.
