Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the audio typing of pathologist’s reports and all clinical correspondence within the Department of Clinical Laboratory
- Arrange meetings, often attending them to take minutes
- Typing up confidential medical notes or reports provided from pathologists or line manager
- Ensure all clinical correspondence is typed and processed within specified turn-around time
- Taking incoming enquiry calls with appropriate answers or direct into the relevant office or laboratory
- F.6 or above, passes in HKDSE English & Chinese Language
- Experience in typing medical reports especially in surgical pathology and cytology areas is required
- University graduate in medical or healthcare related discipline
- Fast and accurate audio typing skills and a sound knowledge of medical terminology
