• To help with administration daily tasks. We are looking for an experienced Office Admin to join our multi-cultural team. You will be encouraged and expected to develop your professional skills.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements and Hotel accommodation.
• Perform general office administrative/secretarial work and ad-hoc assignments
• To perform reception and administer local and international courier
• To prepare and maintain all HR records in line with operational requirement
• To assist in phone coverage with pleasant and professional manner

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years related experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, well organized, willing to learn and able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate availability preferred
