Responsibilities

• Handle the filling/ attaching of medical records on our designated clinic record system
• Responsible for preparing purchase orders and receipts
• Assist in inventory management and procurement of drugs and consumables
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignment whenever necessary

Requirements

• DSE/ Form 6 or above with 2 years related working experience in medical industry
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate including MS office and Chinese Input
• Team player with good communication skill
• Immediately available is highly preferred
