Job Descriptions:

• Identify training needs, prepare and maintain training course materials
• Implement training programs for staff (including day-to-day operating procedures, customer service skills, service and product training)
• Develop creative and innovative ways to present training programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training offerings delivered and improve the content whenever necessary
• Work closely with related parties to conduct different training and development programs

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 5 years' training and development experience in healthcare or retail industries
• Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Creative ways in delivering training programs
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English
