As the technical leader of the therapeutics branch, you will be responsible for the coordination between internal and external stakeholders, strategy formulation and implementation, and providing all-rounded support for junior staffs.

Our client is an established and rapidly expanding biotech institution in Hong Kong.

Description

• Formulate and implement strategies to support the build-up of a strong biotech network
• Oversee the coordination and collaboration of external stakeholders in the therapeutic field
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and devise corporate objectives to align with organization goal
• Compose SOPs, protocols and other technical compositions and frameworks needed
• Conduct investigative research and due diligence to gain market insights
• Provide all-rounded support for junior staffs and perform any ad hoc duty as assigned

Profile

• Master degree in any science or medical fields
• Extensive work experience in the therapeutics field, in both a hands-on role and a supervisory role
• 8+ years of experience in therapeutic R&D, manufacturing, or QC/QA functions
• Experience in all functions regarding small molecules, biologics, regenerative medicine or gene therapy would be a plus
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with higher academic qualification but less work experience will also be considered
