Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a contact point of Company’s clients (Principals)
• Responsible for the modification and development of the inventory information in Company’s warehouse management system
• Manage replenishment order process, including but not limited to the inventory planning & necessary logistics follow up from manufacturer to Company’s Distribution Centres
• Perform inventory analysis, identify improvement areas, monitor inventory holding and stock allocation
• Participate, manage, and deliver stock- taking activities including perpetual inventory, stock adjustments and cycle counting
• Work closely with different external and internal parties to ensure inventory related matters are properly implemented and executed on a timely basis
• Manage monthly performance review through face-to-face visits, account review and KPI reporting and other account management activities
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary education or above with 2-3 years experiences in inventory planning/management, purchasing, sales administration/coordination, customer service.
• Industries in FMCG, Pharmaceutical or distribution are preferable.
• Good understanding of inventory control best practices
• Develop the understanding of principal’s industry/business/products
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task & complete work within assigned timeline
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
• Less experience will be considered for the post of Principal Services Executive
