Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of at least two imaging services and provide technological expert advice on imaging services under his/her supervision; experience in CT / MRI / CCL is preferred
• Provide technological training to staff so as to meet the service need and uphold the service standard;
• Ensure the operation of the imaging services under his/her supervision in compliance with the local rules and regulations;
• Assist the Director of Radiological Services in areas such as overseeing daily service provision, staff administration and procurement of imaging equipment;
• Require to perform shift, on-call emergency administrative or clinical duties; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography or equivalent
• Holder of a Master Degree or above in Diagnostic Imaging or equivalent is preferable
• A Certificate of Registration (Category D) (Part I) and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Radiographers Board of Hong Kong
• A valid Irradiating Apparatus License issued by the Radiation Board
• At least 7 years’ work experience in Diagnostic Imaging of which at least 3 years’ in an administrative role
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Radiographer
• Good understanding of RIS/PACS administration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
