Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clinical staff in delivering quality service to patients, e.g. prepare patients for check-up and treatment procedures
- Provide general and clerical support to clinical staff, e.g. record keeping, filing, transporting specimens, etc.
- Perform reception service and handle general enquiries from clients
- Prepare, clean and disinfect medical equipment
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time
- Shift duties are required
Job Requirements
- Form 3 or above graduate
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, knowledge of basic English and Mandarin would be an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications would be a plus
- Willing to work in clinical areas and inpatient wards
