Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide quality counter services at all time.
- To process patient registration, admission & discharge and follow up with relevant documents.
- To coordinate direct billing arrangement with insurance companies and customers.
- To perform clerical duties.
- To handle billing inquiries and other patient services related duties.
- Working hours 5 days per week and shift rotation is required.
- Attractive shift allowances available
- F. 7 / HKDSE graduate or above.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skill.
- Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Prior experience in Airline, Hotel or Insurance Company preferred.
