Job Description

Deliver vendors’ base that fulfils our Global Sourcing Strategy and meets our Ethical and Technical standards across all sites; ensuring supplier performance reviews take place
Drive the sourcing process from supplier engagement through to supplier set up
Maintain up-to-date market trend information and proactively identify product opportunities
Have a strong communication with colleagues in different countries and suppliers
Have a thorough understanding of our operating procedures and be familiar with our systems and ways of working
Manage and follow through all-round merchandising activities including but not limited to price negotiation, project co-ordination and delivery, buying trips and factory visits
Work closely with the teams to create / review product briefs and initial product schedules / agendas; ensure project schedules / agendas are always effectively and efficiently communicate

Requirement:

Work experience: at least 8 years relevant experience in lighting or electrical experience

Skills:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good time and project management skills
Good PC skills

Education Qualification: Diploma holder major in Business (Purchasing or Marketing are advantage)

Language: Fluent spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Trait: Communicative, persuasive, result oriented, organized, detailed mind, solution oriented, sound judgment, commercial awareness, proactive, adaptive to changes, good team player.

Travel Requirement: 30% per month require traveling to China.
