Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing vendor management and sourcing strategy that aligns with TTI-group long-term objectives
• Source new products and vendors in the areas of Powertools, Electronics and related product categories
• Work closely with local new product development (NPD) teams and overseas sales/marketing teams throughout the NPD process
• Drive cost targets and cost reduction programs
• Monitor supplier scorecard and drive improvement
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics and commercial issues
• Support team managers in preparation and implementation of projects
• Travel required throughout China, Taiwan and possibly other Asian countries

• Degree in Business or related disciplines
• At least 3 years sourcing/merchandising or related experience
• Knowledge of tools / durable consumer goods / engineering would be an advantage
• Good negotiation skills and excellent team working capabilities

• Pro-active self-starter and well organized

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
