We are looking for a talented Senior Merchandiser – Outerwear to join our Merchandising team in Hong Kong.

About this role…

• Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
• Handle development & production follow up from sourcing, product development to production
• Ensure all approvals are on time & follow customers required processes & standard       
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors/internal department/overseas offices for product development and production
• Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&A
• Communicate and prepare meeting with suppliers/buyers for EU customers
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

You might be a good fit if you have …

• Experience in Outerwear for EU market
• Diploma or Above in Merchandising or related field
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience and have working experience in both trading and factory
• Knowledge of garment product development and production
• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
• Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail-minded
• Liaise with internally and externally in different regional
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Literate in Microsoft office programs
• Travel is required
