• Report to Senior Purchasing Manager;
• Support purchasing activities to operation needs;
• Develop & implements purchasing strategies to meet business objectives;
• Responsible for vendor sourcing & negotiation;
• Establish & develop long term relationship with strategic partners;
• Coordinate with key supplier and internal technical service teams for exploring project development opportunities;
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business and Purchase/Supply Chain related subjects;
• 8 years working experience with at least 3 years of supervisory level;
• Preference will be given to those to those with experience in direct sourcing and negotiating with overseas vendors;
• Familiar with various ordering systems;
• Cope with tight deadlines and work independently;
• Good command of both English and Putonghua (spoken and written);
• Business travel is required;
• Applicants with less required experiences may also be considered as Senior Purchasing Supervisor;
  
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
