Our client:

A world’s leading luxury fashion brand. They are looking for Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser to join their merchandising team, a team of 20. Products includes fashion, bag, footwear. Candidate with merchandising in garment or fashion is preferred. Competitive salary package will be offered to the right candidates.

Your role:

• Review the comments and samples before passing to suppliers for sample making, check and measure the approval samples
• Monitor the whole sample approval status, together with delivery of products to ensure no delay for production
• Solve all technical and quality problems with factories and all related suppliers during both sample making and bulk production
• Settle and reconcile the gap analysis between factories and suppliers over requirements and feasibility
• Provide necessary information and help to QC team, and clarify the acceptance guidance for QC inspection
• Monitor the production status to secure the product delivery and co-operate with shipping department to ensure bulk shipment is accurate and on time
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Fashion or equivalent
• At least 2 years of merchandising experience in fashion brand
• Good communication skill in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
• Self-motivated, positive and a good team player
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
