Job Description:

• To ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company;
• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating with suppliers for pricing, quality, lead time, mode of shipment, payments terms and logistics cost control  (including freight, duty, and customs clearance);
• Responsible for order placing, inventory control and coordinating all transportation for international & PRC companies including ocean and air freight forwarding;
• Following up on the delivery arrangement and schedule with suppliers to ensure the lead time is met our project schedule;
• Monitor general warehouse operations and report repairing products to apply RMA from Suppliers;
• Follow up the stocktake reconciliation and provide necessary documents to auditors;
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in purchasing, supply chain or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, preferable in the electronics industry
• Familiar with ERP systems is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, energetic and a fast learner;
• Able to work independently, under pressure and strong compliance with the ability to meet deadlines;
• Excellent negotiation, communication and sourcing skills;
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
