Duties:

• Liaise with Hong Kong & China suppliers, Sea / Air forwarders & customers to control/monitor timely and accurate shipping arrangement
• Handle full set of shipping documents and shipping arrangement independently
• Handle import/export declaration in Trade-link System
• Provide clerical support

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above with commercial training
• 3 years solid experience in electronic company
• Good knowledge in I/E declaration, L/C, China Customs Clearance procedure, etc
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command in English & Mandarin
• Responsible, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
