Responsibility
- Execute and monitor regular purchasing duties, e.g. PO processing, price negotiation, vendor sourcing, etc.;
- Co-ordinate with other departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work;
- Source for new parts, replacement goods, suppliers when the need arises;
- Monitor the service, quality, price, on-time delivery and reliability of the suppliers.
- Acts as liaison between receiving, accounting, buyers, vendors and distribution personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement
Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree holder or above;
Field of Study: Logistic / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing / Engineering / Business Administration or other relevant discipline;
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing field;
*Fresh graduate will also be considered
*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Supervisor.
- Knowledgeable and hands-on experience in SAP & MS Office.
- Effective communication skill with good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
