Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the purchasing activities of watches and accessories right from the placement of orders to the vendors until the scheduled delivery dates, together with price negotiations on future orders
• Ensure timely delivery of the products from the vendors in coordination and follow up with the vendors and the support of purchasing team
• Reporting to the Head of Production for all schedules and/or delays
• Weekly reporting on the updated delivery schedules, to the respective Brand Teams 

Job Requirements: 

• Over 5 years' experience in purchasing activities
• Excellent watch industry knowledge
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proactive in finding solutions and troubleshootingh
