1. To lead sourcing and product development together with China Operational team 
2. To support and find solutions for challenges during orders follow up process
3. To develop packaging concepts (including SRP) and support China team in production
4. To constantly support and guide factories towards sustainable ethical sourcing strategies and practices
5. To control approval and gold seal sampling process with vendors
6. Supply chain management: negotiating contracts, costing and price negotiations with Vendors

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Australian market and consumers habits in Non food categories
• Ready to work daily with factories directly and support China operational  team in problem solving 
• Deep Product knowledge: production process, raw materials, costing, tolerances, tech specs, Pantones and AQL standards
• Excellent negotiations skills, proactive problem solving approach and mentality of “making customers happy” within teams in Hong Kong, China and with Customers
• At least 3 years experience in product development
• Fluent English land Mandarin
