Our client is a well-established fashion group with rapid growth in Southeast Asia and new countries. To expand the business, they are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join, 

Responsibilities:

• Support Planning Manager on production planning strategies development, budgets, timeline management, and key performance indicators monitoring to ensure the company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective.
• Assist in the end-to-end supply chain process improvement and planning duties,  including demand forecast, OTB review, category/SKU planning, order consolidation, supply and production planning, as well as inventory analysis, control, and management, etc.
• Estimating future product trends and demands of different markets and addressing demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
• Analyzing product production cycle and developing risk and opportunity forecasting models
• Collate and ensure the accuracy of the appropriate cross-functional data to generate accurate forecasts
• Continuously working with stakeholders on reporting needs and improvement on KPIs and processes.
• Successfully communicated forecast and inventory estimations to management.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields.
• Min. 5 years experience in a production planning/ supply chain management/ inventory control/ retail planning and merchandising role, etc.
• Solid understanding of fashion retail industry.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
