Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Asia Complete Watch Purchasing

• Manage and follow up with suppliers in carrying out the daily tasks.
• To collect, set-up and analyze data in the system.
• Support scouting activities.
• Optimize working process.

Asia Component Purchasing

• Manage and follow up with suppliers in carrying out the daily tasks (e.g. delivery update at system, prepare weekly portfolio, shipping doc. checking, fill rate summary update, etc.)
• To collect, set-up and analyze data in the system (Score card, Lead time, etc.)

Asia Component Quality

• Update the SAC report data source (CH inspection analysis and Asia inspection analysis).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Purchasing or Supply Chain preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Skillful in Excel. Can handle basic formulation with functions. With Macro skill is a plus.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
