KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source potential suppliers and select new products to fulfill market needs
• Liaise with suppliers on products ordering, pricing and shipment issues
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, revenues and current inventory levels to forecast inventory needs and determine purchase quantities
• Formulate OTB budget and merchandise strategy, selection, launch plan to achieve the company business objectives
• Supervise junior staff to facilitate team members to achieve the business goal
• Provide support on new business initiatives and any ad hoc tasks assigned

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Merchandising/Marketing or related disciplines
• 8 years of working experience in sourcing, preferably in the following categories: Food, Household, Gift
• International trade experience is preferred
• Strong leadership with good communication skills and negotiation skills
• High degree of business sense with strong analytical skills
• Result-oriented, Self-motivated and able to work under fast pace environment
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
